HELP WITH AN ORDER
For most goods bought online, UK consumers can tell us they wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Please contact ChilcoTCG before returning anything so we can provide the correct return instructions.
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or otherwise does not meet your legal rights, contact us with your order details.
Nothing in this returns information limits or removes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
RETURN CONDITION
You may inspect goods in the same way you reasonably could in a shop. If goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning, and that handling reduces their value, we may make any deduction from the refund permitted by UK consumer law.
SINGLE CARDS
For individually listed cards, condition and identifying characteristics may be recorded before dispatch. Higher-value cards may also be photographed as part of our order records.
A different card, substitute copy or counterfeit is not a return of the goods supplied by ChilcoTCG and will not be accepted as such.
OPENED TCG PRODUCTS
Opening booster packs, inner packs or other sealed trading card contents can permanently change the nature and value of the product and goes substantially beyond the inspection normally possible before purchasing that product in a shop.
If sealed trading card contents are opened and this results in a loss of value, we may reduce the refund by the amount permitted under UK consumer law, potentially up to the full value lost.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
